About Us...
In 1984, Graeme McKinstry founded law firm The McKinstry Company. Under his guidance and management, the practice grew to become one of the leading law practices in Scotland.
Graeme graduated with a bespoke MBA in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University in 2000. While practising, Graeme was awarded the accolade of Managing Partner of the Year at the National Scottish Law Awards.
Graeme realised early on that running a law firm is as much about being good at business as it is about being good at law and used his insight and understanding to build worth in the firm before structuring a successful MBO.
Graeme now shares his knowledge and experience with other business owners to help them build their businesses and plan an effective exit strategy, ensuring they maximise the return from the sale of their companies.
